The Breakers is one of Cape May’s most distinctive properties located in the historic district (arguably on one of Cape May’s most distinctive avenues - Ocean Street). Its unique design is French Second Empire architecture with large porches, classic mansard roofing and a widow’s walk. This classic Victorian home, built in 1880, has undergone restoration in 2005. Enjoy the ocean views and the one-block walk to Cape May beaches

Jul 11-Aug 15: $10,500/week

Aug 15-22: $9000/week

Aug 22-Aug 29: $8000/week

Aug 29-Sept 26: $7500/week; $1300/night

Sept 26-Oct 17: $6500/week; $1300/night

Oct 17-Dec 31: $6000/week; $1300/night except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve: $1600/night

Effective October 1, 2018, any transient accommodation rental agreement transacted as owner-direct or transacted through the transient accommodation marketplace (Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO, VacationRentals or Flipkey) in the state of New Jersey is subject by law to a 13.625% taxation that must be collected from the tenant either by the marketplace or the owner on behalf of The Abbey and The Breakers’ contracts and submitted to the NJ Department of Taxation.
